So... what's your favorite dynamic event?

After having traveled throughout Tyria, encountering many dynamic events, I would have to say that I really enjoy the siege dynamic events - particularly when you overtake an enemy camp or defend a local town.

One dynamic event in particular that I have enjoyed repeatedly is when the centaurs attempt to conquer Nebo Terrace (Gendarran Fields map).  Lots of action, good pacing, and you feel like you are making a contribution to the local citizens.

So... what's your favorite dynamic event?

Ranger Pet: Juvenile Cave Spider (found)

Today, I discovered a cave in which some Juvenile Cave Spiders were located.  And yes, I tamed one.

Location:  Harathi Hinterlands (levels 35-45)
south end of map (Bonerattler Caverns)

If you leave from Blood Hill waypoint (in Gendarran Fields), travel up the road into Harathi Hinterlands.  The cave enterance will soon appear on the left side.  Right through the enterance are the Juvenile Cave Spiders (did not encounter any enemies on my way to them).  I didn't stay around long, so the hostile cave spiders could have been cleared before I got there, or there weren't any.  Either way, it should be an easy tame once you find them.

Traits: Malice Training & Expertise Training

I have a question I hope theorycrafters can answer:

Here's the scenario:
I have a Ranger and I'm in a party.
I have a pet spider that can cast an AoE poison (creates a combo field)
As a Ranger, I have taken the Marksmanship trait "Malice Training" which "increases duration of conditions applied by your pet"

Does this mean only poison condition my pet applies personally to the target (but no one else)?
Does this mean the AoE poison lasts longer for other party members as well?

And if I have taken the Wilderness Survival trait "Expertise Training" which says "pets deal extra condition damage"

Does this mean only poison condition my pet applies personally to the target (but no one else)?
Does this mean the AoE poison does more damage for other party members as well?

Warrior Trait: Empower Allies [Tactics]

The trait Empower Allies says "Increases the damage of all nearby allies by 70 points."

Does anyone know from BWE3 if this affects the caster as well or is it a trait that affects only others?

Traits and Pet Condition Synergy

As a Ranger, I'm looking at using a pet Black Widow spider.  I want to get the most out of this pet.  The pet skills listed are:

Spit (97 damage)
Entangling Web (122 damage, Immobilize 3s)
Poison Gas (-33% heal effectiveness and AoE field)

F2 = Paralyzing Venom (stun 2s - unable to use skills or move; venom duration 30s)


Given that type of pet and its skills, what would the effect of these traits be on its combat?

Malice Training (Adept) - increases duration for conditions applied by your pet

Wilderness Survival
Expertise Training (Adept) - pets deal extra condition damage


Will the Immobilize on the Entangling Web cause more damage and hold the target longer? (if so, does anyone know how much increase there will be?)

Will the Poison Gas increase in both damage and duration? (if so, how much?)

Will the Stun on the Paralyzying Venom also increase? (and if so, by how much?)

Will Spit be affected in any way (or is it classified simply as an attack, rather than a condition)?
