I tried to go with an autumn theme for my necro. Lots of red, yellow and a little green here and there on her sort of barkcolored skin.
Pieces are:
Headgear: T2
Coat: T3
Gloves: Twilight Arbor
Pants: T3
Shoes: Twilight Arbor

No, it's a 24+3 hour window. The party starts at 17:00 on the 31st and ends at around 20:00 on the 1st (both in German time).

You will only lose something from tranferring your server if you created a one man guild in order to increase your storagespace. Guild-progress is the only thing that is bound to server, so any progress you made would remain on your first server.
Everything else (Inventory, achievements, karma, storage, world completion, etc) gets transferred over.

Have you unequipped the armor you want to transmute? If you have one of the items equipped transmuting is not possible.
