Something I've been pondering for a bit since I picked up the thief was the reason for dual wield skills when the offhand is empty. Were I to utilize them, I feel as if I'm sacrificing vital opportunities that the offhand skills (4+5) grant. Were I to never use them, they're simply wasted skills in the thief's already small skill supply.
Any thoughts on this?
