Chunky Boots, Light Armor

Okay I know this may be odd, but I'm wondering what light armor has the chunkiest boots.  I like heavy boots.  I use the pirate skin for my leather wearers, as reference.  I like the way they add some weight to the feet.

Does light armor have anything like those?  I have looked around but I'm sure I've missed things, and most armor shots are not focused on footwear the way they ought to be.  =P  Not only that but a lot of the skirts cover them so it's hard to tell.

Anyway, if you happen to know, please pass your knowledge on to me.  Thanks!

Spatial Surge and Clones

So when I make clones with my Greatsword equipped, they generate lots of 0s in the midst of my somewhat greater than 0 damage ticks. But they also don't seem to apply any conditions unless I'm just not noticing. Are they only good for shattering and light distraction duty (as I use them now)?

Illusionist's Celerity (plus some terminology)

I know you're all going to laugh at me, but...I am in shock at how much difference the 5-pt ability in Illusions makes to the effectiveness of my play. I struggled through 11-14, wondering what the problem was. Then I got to L15 and 20% recharge reduction on my illusion-summoning skills. I never imagined a 20% change to a very specific subset of skills could have such dramatic repercussions.

I'm pretty cool now. I mean, I'm still figuring the profession out but I'm liking it a lot more, suddenly.

Anyway, one more thing: I'm going to go poke around to see if I can figure it out, but is there a functional difference between illusions, clones, phantasms?
