I've noticed the same  people who complain about being able to spam skills also complain about the game being too hard, which suggests spamming skills isn't enough. I also noticed that despite ANet hyping the active gameplay, even those of us who followed development have had a hard time shaking the bad habits of stagnant gameplay.

I think I was level 5 or so before I remembered, oh hey, I can move and cast at the same time, and I'm supposed to dodge and heal myself, and hey, I'm not dying as much now...hmm, interesting ;)

I do think the tutorial should do more to demonstrate the importance of things like dodging and self-healing, not just for beginners but also for experienced gamers since reminders were apparently needed even for those of us who knew what we were getting into. Again, old habits die hard and the game is a lot more punishing of beginners than the standard MMO.  It did demonstrate dynamic events well, though.

I also don't know how there can be that many surprises to the people following the game, what with explicit videos of the starting experience. The only surprise for me is how little justice the videos really did the game. It's overwhelming at first, but once you get into a rhythm it's great. And the scale is awe-inspiring. The pictures and videos just don't compare to actually being immersed in it.

It's normal. During beta times and the first month after launch the shitwizards are out in full force. It's the same in every game.

That being said I couldn't care less since I love this game so far the only sad thing is that the good and justified criticism is probably getting drowned beneath all the trolling and petty complaints.
