It's also kind of interesting that they're backtracking on having temporary Living Story content. Weren't they just heralding a few weeks after LS1 ended on how the temporary content made the LS what it was? i mean I prefer permanent content but Anet seemed to be set on making LS identity tied to temporary events.

It may be that LS2 contains new zones/dungeons/jumping puzzles etc. that will be permanent, but the LS2 story itself will be temporary content set in those new zones/dungeons.

While I'm very happy that they will remove armour repair costs, it wouldn't surprise me at all if they increase waypoint charges and forget to mention it in the patch notes.

I can't imagine them charging for HoM skins...  and if they did, the backlash would be so great they would quickly change it back.

As a GW1 vet, I steadfastly refused to buy any of the gem store skins because they were single character/single use instead of the GW1 system. Now that that has been somewhat remedied, I was preparing to get some of the skins that I like the look of (waiting for phoenix armour to come back....), but if they are now charging for HoM reskins I'll happily change my mind. There was a screenshot in one of the official forum threads of the hero panel of a norn warrior ("I Am Norn"), and in the skins panel to the left you could see the HoM helmet. It wouldn't surprise me at all if they charge for swapping HoM skins through that panel, but they must allow it to be free if you to the HoM and pick up a copy of the skin there. Similarly for the AP skins (charged through the panel, but free if you get it through the achievements panel).
