All I saw in this thread was a bunch of people who demonstrated instantly that they don't understand the combat, and if required to post videos... would be exposed for the baddies that they are.

Because people are people, and no matter where you go in the world there will be people you disagree with, can't tolerate, and just overall despise.
GW2 is an online game, it's not a sanctuary for only the smartest and kindest in the world. Don't have high expectations, just enjoy all the people you can and do what you can to ignore those that bother you - or at least tolerate them. Trust me, I doubt anything could bring this community to the all time low that WoW has managed to sink to. Unless people start posting threads saying, "This NPC said I looked good, he's obviously being sexist and I am deeply offended and I'm going to ragequit." if that happens, may God have mercy on us all.
