I'm Marc and I play just about all kinds of games evidently including Guild Wars 2.

I don't have much of a history when it comes to the this forum or the original GuildWarsGuru forums either but I hope to be a casual and hopefully helpful member of this one.

I can't say for sure what any of the three terms mean but according to the GW2 Wikia ArenaNet use the 'Glicko Rating System' which is usually used in Chess (LOL put Cheese before -_-

) games and the such you can read more about it here:

As for all the mathematics involved it all goes over my head so I'd suggest reading that to possibly understand what the meaning of those three terms are, hope it helps!

Yeah gotta say that's probably the best explanation you'll get as I imagine the official responce is that, "It just made sense as a way for people to get a high level crafting item"

I'd defiantly recommend you do CoF Path 1+2 rather than just one or the other.

when ever I do it I make around 2-3 Gold for both the runs depending on the drops (I'd also recommend getting some Magic find boosters or some food to increase your chances)

If you had a day that you could spam the dungeon with a reliable group then you could easily make loads of gold in just a day (well at least a hell of lot more than just 2/3 gold)

I think Arenanet need to look at doing deals on the price of Gems, rather than always on the items in the store and maybe some more options when it comes to how many gems you want, for instance its £8 for 800 gems (so £1 per 100 gems ofc) and i'd be much more willing to spend like £2 or £4 occasionally rather than £8

I get that its not much less but I don't see why it isn't easy enough for Arenanet to do and might help sales of Gems (not to say sales are bad, I've no idea.)

Well its perfectly simple.

Was it something that was clearly intended to be done or was it something that you wouldn't normally of been able to do but could because it wasn't working properly.

I don't see how this is difficult for anybody to understand.
