We need multiple options with current weapons, for example:
Sword Main-hand mesmer-
Skill 1 - choose ability 1/2/3
Skill 2 - choose ability 1/2/3
Just to spice it up a little bit, instead of the same 4 abilities other than autos.
We need more variety in builds.

I assume that by GP you mean general practitioner. If you and your doctor agree that you are now healthy, then you may have no cause for concern regarding your current weight or BMI.

Okay, thanks for clarifying that.

I am still currently trying to increase my mass however.
1 week and I've gained half a stone. Seems good progress so far.
Once I hit 10 stone, I think I'll stop and try maintain that mass.

I would just like to say -
Thank you to everyone who has contributed.
I have taken all of your advice on board, and changed a lot of things.

My exercise regime is much better, along with eating.
I try to eat as much as possible, and am currently trying to eat every 2 hours, on top of my 3 meals daily.
I am also getting larger breakfasts, and trying to get a very regular sleeping pattern.

So far I have gained about 5 pounds, not sure if this shows progress as of yet. I guess we'll see of the next few weeks.
I'll be sure to report back in a week, and let you know of my progress, if any.
