Backpacks for non-engineers?

So I just did a heart quest in Gendarran Fields, and you were able to wear a cool backpack while you went round helping injured soldiers. I know that engineers can wear backpacks, and all professions can get spine-guards, but I was wondering is there any way for a elementalist to get a visible backpack?
I know about guild backpacks, but I don't fancy setting up my own guild and spending at least 1g. There's also the Mad King's Memoires, but that's not really a backpack

So basically, any way to get a visible backpack on an elementalist? I just want to look like an explorer!!!
