Yeah I've removed their names and just telling people I actually play with.

Won't be doing anymore fractals unless I'm the instance owner or a Guild only party.

Though there are certainly problems with naming and shaming on a public forum, I do sympathise with you if you spent that much time with the group only for them to say at the end just before completion, "OH LOOK, our guildie is online!  Sorry random pug who put up with us for an hour+, we gotta kick you so we can invite our guildie friend and give them easy credit at your expense!  NO HARD FEELINGS LOL.  BYE."

I've had that happen once, and the suggestions of adding them to your block list and stuff, that doesn't really punish them in anyway.  It should be a reportable offense with anet  then reviewing whether the party kicked you for right or wrong reasons.

Pretty excited about some of hese confirmations. Player housing and guild halls are great to hear about and Idk anout you all but the rez change to dungeons makes me think that raid-like content is coming ( not the gear hunt but rather larger groups and more strategy). Most importantly their stance on LFG is fantastic. Going beyond a simple list of others in the LFG is too much. Social interaction is best and I hope they stick to their guns with LFG going forward.

I believe they've already mentioned about how player housing and guildhalls were in their minds before.  Nothing new has been said about them in this PR session, they are still "not being actively worked on".  I'm sure people will continue to ask about them in future though, and the devs will continue to say the same thing, which in turn, will irritate people more.  I don't know what is a better response though, them saying "not being actively worked on", or saying that the scavenger hunt will be "epic" without actually elaborating anything.

Then they problem might actually lie with you. Not the game mode itself.

I have done (and completed it) 4 times since release. Each time with a different group.

Either you are extremely unlucky or you simply need to learn how to do it.

Though I won't say I'm the best or anything, I'm almost sure the problem doesn't lie with me since as you say, it is pretty easy at its core, and I tend to be one of those that will continue to the last dolyak, unlike most pugs I've tried to do it with.  Anyways, I just managed to get a good group, and while we didn't talk at all, everyone knew what they were doing so I managed to finish it losing only one dolyak.  I think you are just extremely lucky and I'm not.

Have you actually tried doing it more than once?

Well, it would be silly to complain after only doing it once it I think.  If you read, or reread my first post, I did say I spent hours over a few days on this.

Hmm?
I did it earlier today with just one single line of chat written during the whole game. And that line was: "Keep him away from the defences".

You simply need to learn how to do it and keep trying until you get a decent group.

Well I know how to do it, but getting the decent group isn't easy in the slightest.  Hate that seemingly most of this achievement is luck on what pugs you get.
