I would say Warrior's is better all around, Guardian is very slow, the ward can be jumped over, only has one massive CD knockback(though powerful) where as the warrior has a small knockback, a stun, a faster attack chain, and most importantly: earthshaker - AoE stun for 1-2 seconds(based on adrenaline) every 10 seconds. Amazing disruption in PvP.
The Guardian i would say is best for PvE for its constant melee range protection, its knockback is immense on bosses that allow it, immobolize is always useful, and #2 is a blast finisher on 5 second CD, which is awesome for all those group combo fields.

What armor is that?
On topic, I don't think mount would be fitting or useful in GW2.
You can get to any point of the game through teleport, and cover the remaining distances easily by swiftness.
In WvW the whole point of far away waypoints is to prevent people from spawning continuously - having a closer waypoint can turn the tides of a battle - so adding mounts would defeat the whole point of this system.
Cosmetic mounts are not what people are asking, let's face it; it would be pretty much like using minipets and barely anyone does.
People want faster speed in a game where you can get anywhere by waypoint.
Now I would say yes to mounts if waypoints were rare but it's really not the case, and mounted combat would be pretty much a joke in GW2 so let's just leave this cheese to other games.

I ask for purely cosmetic mounts =P
And problem with minipets is that they are stored in your bag, taking up room for junk, and get deposited when you deposit junk, AND are only obtainable for gems, while a lot of people are struggling to make money.

Its not about recognition for some of us, in WoW i had a kodo, and that was my kodo, very useful for RP sessions, compared to all the players running around with their dragons, my RP felt bolstered by the fact that my mode of travel was an animal native to my homeland.
But nethertheless, more to collect is always good, otherwise they may as well have never made town clothes or mini pets "Because we have legendaries".
I would like the, and would vote for them. But i wouldn't agree that man power should be dedicated to mounts right now, for there to be enough mounts to warrant excitable collection there would have to be manpower dedicated to it, new challenges made for them to be rewarded by/added as rewards to existing content(no-one wants the only mode of collection to be money grinding for gems) and as stated before, right now there are other things at a much higher priority. Though they could likely be added easier, features they have already announced like player/guild housing kind of have the right to come first =P

My fiancé doesn't really care about collecting armor, and she doesn't really like the method of mini pet gain (grind gold for gems) and she felt like there was a lack of content, where as in WoW, she has been playing adamantly for years, not raiding, not PvPing, but going through and getting every single mount she can get her hands on.
It is a massive form of content for some, i swear, if you put a ridable dolyak as a reward for keg brawl, i would have actually played it by now.
But matter of fact is mounts are kind of staple for fantasy in a lot of ways, and some people love collecting them the game can lack a certain charm when they are missing.
I personally just love fighting stuff, But when one game offers an awesome activity you can do with your pets (pet battles) and over 400 of them to collect, as well as 150+ mounts, compared to this which has better combat. I can easily see why she likes to play WoW in her spare time rather than play GW2.
