Assigning Side Scroll as a Key?

Hey! I was wondering if it's possible to assign key binds to the side scroll function on my mouse wheel? I have a Logitech M510 and want to keybind the 4 profession skills on my mouse and try to maximize the use of my mouse. I tried to enter the keybinds ingame but it didn't register the left click and right click of my mouse wheel as a button
