Neverwinter's biggest hurdle is that they created a themepark game when the themepark's sun is setting and the sandbox is rising.

They're releasing this year, but they haven't had a beta period or something? Never heard of this project before. It's kinda strange... MMOs often get announced some years before they release. Means people getting this at release are going into it blindly?

Planetside 2 was revealed in March of 2012, beta started in August of 2012, and was released in November of 2012. I would assume that if the planned to release towards the end of the year they would follow a similar path.

In Topic: @ ANet, Please start a 'Roadmap' forum system similar to what SOE is...

SOE has been absolutely awesome throughout the entire Planetside 2 development. They are the pinnacle of how a developer should interact with and treat their playerbase. They are very open with what they plan and they react quickly when players don't like something they've planned. Their new Roadmap system is just an example of all this.

I am very interested in EQNext. I think Guild Wars 2 is the last themepark I will be devoting any amount of time to. GW2 is like themepark in concentrate. The PVP and the rides have really burned me out on it.
