I was pondering if I should make this topic during the whole beta event, eventually i decide that its important to show the community and maybe calls Anet attention to my issues.
The main purpose of this thread is expressing my feelings an toughs about the support given to me from ArenaNet. This is not another "My game is crashing" or "The FPS is too low" thread, this is the perspective of a player that wasn't allowed to play a single minute of GW2 this weekend.

So, first I would like to say that I`m an old Anet customer, I have played the first Guild Wars back in 2005, I played it on head start and continued playing for a long time, it was really enjoyable to do GvGs, Hall of Heroes and catacombs. From that time still today i have been advertising the game and its company to all my friends.

Now I will tell you about my issue, I simple can`t log in, this happens because Anet system failed at some point when transferring my GW1 account to GW2. Since the forum went up, I wasn't able to log in. If it wasn't by the GW2 community I would not even be able to download the client. Any of my emails were answered, the only answers i  got were automatic responses that were not able to help me at all. I may have exceed on the amount of tweets I posted, but none of them were offensive or defamatory. I just asked (a million times :P )  when they are going to give me Updates about my error (Network error Code=1038:11:4:1419:101), instead they keept tweeting on response to ppl asking stupid things like "Where can I enter the mist?"  "Where can I activate my GW2 beta key?", this only made more frustrated and felling ignored.

Yesterday (Saturday April 28th) they started solving problems, one of them related to people that bought the wrong copy of the game, pre-order instead of pre-purchase, and weren't able to play the game since only pre-purchases are eligible (error code 9). It turned out that a good amount of ppl that were having this issue bought the game with a Stolen/False Credit Card, some of those that bought the wrong copys were allowed to play the game since Anet did a mistake and sent them emails confirming their participation in Beta.
At this moment i felt that I wasn't important, that since the majority is having a different issue they would never solve mine, what I`m trying to point out is that I`m an old player that always praised their Game and company and when it comes to give me a simple answer (don`t need to solve my problem just answer me for God`s Sake!) they simple don't feel the need to do so.

It is 8:00 am, Sunday, April 28th, beta ends on Sunday, April 29, at 11:59 p.m.
I`m still unable to log in. Neither the Beta forums or the game itself.

I`m felling frustrated because i waited the whole week to be able to have a glimpse of GW2.
I`m felling ignored since all my emails were answered by automatic responses and my tweets were not answered.
I`m felling unimportant since I`m part of the minority and don`t deserve an answer or attention.

As i stated before, I`m not complaining about the FPS, lag or disconnects. Those are normal Beta issues, I`m complaining of the lack of attention, the nonexistence of answers or clarifications.
I`m disappointed with the way they treated me, as a customer.

Talking about beta's have been in plenty never had to see the login screen for 5 hours. also big fan and will play on release and dont want refund. However this is a epic fail on Anet part.
