Go for a 4 or 6 core Vishera - the value is really good. Never mind Phenoms.

I have encountered one problem: should I use some thermal paste on cpu before installing my master cooler hyper 212 evo, or is it OK, to install it directly on CPU? And if the paste is necessary which one should I choose?
I use this one, it's better than the more popular Arctic Silver: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16835608008

Has happened to me as well but I just alt-tabbed for a few minutes. The match ended, and a new game loaded. When the new match started, I saw the backed-up trophies on the side as well as sound bites from the previous match. When it happens, just leave it alone if you want to retain whatever score you had. It should carry over when the new game loads.
This has happened before the recent patch though. Something like a week ago.

i resolved my problems with my overclocked phenom II 955 @3820 mhz, by raising vcore, 4.1 to 4.2.
before that, is the only game that was giving me problems with resets and hard crash.
gw2 engine is a bit weird.

35/45 FPS is a hell of a lot more playable than 15/20.
It's like watching a slideshow. Did you OC your i5 to 4.4 on air?
The BSOD in Guild Wars 2 sounds very odd. Have you upped the voltage? Do you have a stock or aftermarket cooler?
I think i'm going to wait for Piledriver and see what clues benchmarks can give about its performance once it's launched.
I was thinking that since the GTX 560ti 448 is a special edition it might have some compability issues with the game? Naturally Anet would optimize the game for the mainstream GPUs first. I'll try to enable Supersampling later today and see if that has any effect on my FPS.
Have you monitored your hardware usage when you get 15-30 FPS in WvWvW?
Thanks for the input!

I haven't done WvW since launch so I can't remember the usages. I believe my cores were sitting around 50-60% and GPU was probably over 90% where it should be. I'd hop in right now and go to a large battle but being on JQ I'd be sitting in queue for a few hours, and knowing how "stable" this game has been for me, it'll probably crash before a queue pops.
