Armors look too much like eachother. Differences are often minor, and certain parts of a set often don't go with other parts of the same set.

While I am able to find a set that I quite love for each of my guys, the problem is that I am basically able to find just ONE set for each guy. And for a game where pretty is supposed to be the end-game, that's a massive disappointment.

It's the usual problem, A.Net created a massive number of options, but then ran out of time to develop them. We have a ton of races, each with their own starter area, armours and story, we have a ton a classes, ... but then to actually PLAY the game, you need to select just one of those options and then you run out of things to do with that select option because all the time was spent into giving us a million options instead of giving us something to do with the selected option.
I would much rather have seen A.Net focus on a few options (less races, less classes, ...) and then develop those options better. For instance, as much as I adore norn (heck, ALL my characters are norn), I would actually prefer to see GW2 have just humans as a playable race, and then spend all the time, that was spent creating options for the other 4 races, be spent on making humans better. More faces, more hairstyles, more beards, ... and more armour.

The armors are really lacking an there is not much variety, low levels is crap variety, medium levels are pretty crappy variety too. Alot of the armors are copy and paste and some of the stuff seems unfinished. For a game that is all about how you look they need to improve on this alot.

I find it really hard to find any armors that I like the look of or not every jack and harry is wearing already...

I have a feeling they will introduce more armor skins but in the gemstore and they will be epic looking...

I mean look how much effort they put into the paid costumes compared to the armors in the game? pretty much says it all.

So I started playing GW2 from headstart, but didn't even reached max lvl yet. It's just got very boring to grind same mobs, same events. Now I mostly do sPvP.

How about others, is there anyone else who started from headstart, but still didn't reach 80 lvl for some reason?
