Use pvp consumables as you get them. Send bags to alts or destroy them. Any time you get armor for another profession right click it and 'deposit collectable' this sends it to your pvp locker to use on your alts. When you replace your starter pvp stuff just destroy it. you can always get more at the vendor.

2) They took it down and build the asura gates in its place.
3) Unknown. You can talk to Dougal in LA, but he only says he died a hero. I doubt he'd be a ghost tbh, but that is unconnected to having been given a proper burial. An equally good question is wtf happened to the Golem's Eye.
