That is exactly how I used these boxes. I spent 200,000 karma on one character and was able to give 100,000 to another. Not a perfect rate, but much better than leaving the karma on a character that wasn't using it.

I do not think that is the concept art for heavy Whispers armor. Below is the concept art for both male and female and that looks nothing like them.
