I'm sorry, but these requests are absurd and far-fetched. Almost everything listed here would change the core mechanics, foundation, and systems everything is built on in Gw2. Anet would have to re-vamp everything; gear, maps, leveling, stats, professions, etc.
You might as well play Gw1 because this is almost identical to it.

What I'd like for the future (now that HOT major features are released from Anet) :
-DirectX12 and graphic optimizations
-I would love to see more of a player home in our home instance, decor, trophies, furniture
-A new race would be pretty cool
-please make it so eles and engi's can weapon swap as long as they are outside of combat. I hate having to open inventory every time to switch weapons outside of combat.
-New hardcore dungeons (ex. from GW1: FoW/UW/DoA) or larger raids (ex. from GW1: Urgoz/TheDeep)
-Something like Alliances! I would personally like to have them remove the multiple guild membership/represent feature and just allow each player to join one guild only
