The real problem with heartseeker is that it does both ridiculous damage AND also acts as a gap closer. To all of you saying "L2dodge", sure you can dodge but then the thief is just right back on top of you. Sure thieves are easy to take down but the amount of damage from HS is just plain stupid and should be nerfed as hundred blades was.

Nosey? Doesnt effect me? please.. farming currencies totally effects the economy and all MMOs have or should have a community that works together. That in my opinion means community policing. If you think cheating and exploiting are ok then go play a single player game. I stand by reporting things that are wrong.

Also, some (if not all) are botting because they were not only warned about being reported but they have been in the same spot spamming the same skills for 2 days now. I doubt anyone is actually at the computer doing that.

Sorry if you think I should let it be but its my game as much as its theirs and I am free to uphold the rules of the game.

Downed state isn't this "safety net" that everyone claims it to be. There is a huge layer of strategy added, like stability stomping, cc'ing someone that is stomping, removing stability THEN cc'ing someone that is stomping. There would be no point in stability or spells that remove it if there wasn't a downed state. Sure, they are annoying but stop acting like its a noob friendly mechanic. It adds huge depth to team play in sPvP tournaments. It's not perfect, don't get me wrong. Some classes just get too much when they are downed, but that can be fine tuned. The problem isn't the mechanic, it's the spells and utility you get whilst downed.

In my first experiences with the game in BWE 1 I hated the Downed State. But the more you play, and watch skillful teams the more you come to realize how much extra depth is there simply because of the Downed State. It does not in any way add to more zerging, not having a Downed State would mean more zerging and burst builds because you would just have to zerg one player and then hes out of the fight for good. With the Downed State, it allows you to use Weapon Skills, Utilities, and Elites for things other than just hurting your enemy.

I have seen so many intense fights and been involved in that came down to who utilized their skills better to revive or finish off a Downed player. I still remember watching a video from BWE1 or 2 of Team Paradigm's Elementalist. He was on the Henge and Teldo just got Downed by 2 enemy players. The Elementalist quickly ran in and popped his Tornado to knock them both back, quickly got out of the Tornado then used Mist Form to revive Teldo so that he couldnt be interupted. He was only in the Tornado for a split second but that play and usage of his Elite won them the fight because Teldo was able to get back up and fight. Its plays like that, that will be both exciting and entertaining to watch. ANd that is only one small example.

I already have a post in another topic: yes, less but better features are better for the software. Many people realized this. One of them was Steve Jobs. Maybe he knew something about software.

How is something that requires more situation awareness contribute to more zerging and less tactics?  Wouldn't it be the other way around?  Personally, I feel that having a Downed state makes PvP much more skillful and satisfying.
