In Topic: those games everyone likes but you don't

One coming to my mind is Assassin's Creed. I tried to like the series but after / at the end of the first one the whole setting and gameplay was just not exciting anymore, for me at least. I did not really like the story, it seems to me that they overdid making it "different".

It indeed seems to include some very interesting ideas, for example housing combined with PvP territory control. The combat, coming up with numerous skill combos sounds fun, but I'll have to try it out myself. I hope they actually make a difference and create more dynamic play rather than just being a gimmick. Their main game feature (dragons) look kind of "meh" to me. I'd really like to know more about the skill system of players and dragons, talent trees etc. Is there any good website to look that up?

I too think this should already have been in game at launch. Also, I dislike the fact that we will have to pay regularly to host custom matches. Though at this point I would understand some additional costs if the room/server - however you want to call it - stood open 24/7. If it will not... that would be nonsense. Creating custom games (not private and lasting servers) should be able for free in every game which takes it PvP mode seriously.
Another thing makes this idea poorly conceived, imo:
In PvE you get gold and you can trade it for gems and get skins and all of that more or less useful stuff from the gemstore without investing cash.
In sPvP you get glory... oh, glory can not be exchanged for gems to pay for sPvP-related services. Well, play PvE or pay with cash. I am missing the option to get gems by playing PvP here.
