No electric current doesn't work like that because the source of the power (your wall socket) is more than sufficient to power a computer, not using a connector doesn't increase the output, the output is regulated by the resistors and compactors inside your power supply, they can not output more than they were designed for....

you are going to need a better power supply, sorry mate, i had to learn about this the hard way too some years back when I thought i could save some bucks by buying a cheap power supply.

ok that what i was saying i did unerstand u, my PSU can output 480W but i need 500W+ for my GPU to run stabel, that is why i get crash when GPU ask more then 480W and cant get it...that what i meant when i sad i am short ~2A.

OP do this that PC will draw less than 300 Watts A 7850 only draws about 130 Watts

EDIT  WOW I was right on the money without looking it up.

If it works then return the new one and please buy a quality power supply.

1 more thing just to be sure (cose my english is bad and it is harder to understand :D ), my old PSU is 12V  - 14A, and if i use with new GPU i cant damage anything? dont want to make more damage...

did u maybe meant to return old PSU (if it works) till i buy quality power supply?

Yeah the amps on those +12V rail are totally to low.  You are only at 480W on one rail (the rail your video card uses).  Your PSU is defiantly the problem.

ok now i am a bit clear about all thos numbers, now we do some math :)

if i dont use bot video card 6-pins connector then i get double output? if correct then we have:

W=V*A in this case i have thos 40A (20A*2) u where talking but then i need more cose 12V*40A=480W so i am then short for thos ~2A.
