I can recommend the dual-bow trapper's build, been using it in PvE since the launch of Gw2 and I can confirm that it works great in dungeons and DE's (I got the dungeon master title as well for what it's worth).

Here's how it works: you basically use the longbow for skills 3 and 5 (perhaps 2 if you have to wait for weaponswapping) and the shortbow for the rest. After that you switch weapons every now and then and keep using your traps for extra dps / combo fields.

As far as I know crits will only help with bleeds if you're using the Sharpened edges trait in the skirmishing line. Most exotic lvl 80 gear always has power on it though, so I'd recommend going for these stats in the following order: Condition damage > precision > power and use jewellery to get some vitality instead of precision.

Currently doing Explorable mode dungeons with a longbow + traps power spec and it works just fine, you have nice AoE damage thanks to the longbow and even have some cc with the traps. I do recommend using a warhorn as second weapon though, if traited that buff it gives makes us a welcome addition to any group.

Very interesting build, I do wonder how usable it is for dungeons though since the amount of AoE damage will probably kill your pets all the time.
