- The whole game will take place during the actual guild wars
- You will be able to visit pre-searing Ascalon and Orr before it sunk.
- Kryta will not be taken over by Ascalonians and as such will maintain their unique culture - facepaint and all
- The whole game will be a giant WvWvW with the three factions being Ascalon, Orr and Kryta
- Humans will be the only race allowing for in depth storytelling and a wide variety of armor skins as the devs will not have to code for other races (I mean 80% of the players rolled humans in GW2 anyway)
- The old skill system will be used; stapled on to GW2's action combat creating a high depth combat system
- Monks complete with protective spirit so that the combat itself stays organized and not zergy

Tier 1 is like 20s a piece....Tier 2 is around 1g a piece....then Tier 3 is 20g per piece.....that is a gigantic exponential curve....
i could see 5g being okay....but not 20g per piece...when its only Rare and not Exotic

Cliffs:
-Infusions are to counter a new monster condition called Agony, which degens health.
-Deeper into the new dungeon->Agony gets stronger (need infusions)
-Infusions acquired via mystic forge.
-Infusions can only be slotted into Ascended gear
-Instead of upgrade slots, Ascended gear has Infusion slots, and rarer versions of the items also come with additional Agony Resistance built into them.
-Players will be able to acquire Ascended Rings in the Fractals of the Mists dungeon, and Ascended items worn on the back can be acquired through special Mystic Forge recipes. (only back slot and ring items to begin with)
-All legendaries will be buffed when ascended weapons come some time in the future.

- If you think mobs have too much HP, you are lacking DPS.
- If you think you get one shotted for no good reason, fix your gear / traits / pay more attention / l2p.
- Waypoint too far away? Be glad they didn't pull a GW1 on you guys (something I personally had hoped for) where wipe = restart area.
- Too many mobs? Just run past them, like you did in every dungeon and elite area throughout GW1.
I understand that ArenaNet wants everyone to be able to take part in everything they develop, but allowing for the current behavior / attitude among players in dungeons is just pitiful. When Arena Net claims that explorable mode dungeons should not be for pugs, and that they should take a substantial amount of time, and people are able to complete these dungeons in 12 minutes with 2 players, what's their credibility like for the future? If you tried to go into UW / DoA in GW1 with a crap build and poor attitude, you would get instawiped so hard on the first quest that you never dared set foot in there again. This allowed for an overall high quality in dungeon players in GW1. I really do hope that they actually dare exclude a large amount of the player base from the final rewards of this new dungeon.
A player will never ever improve if his poor play is not punished harshly. The people who wish to learn will eventually get better, and the people who don't will be left in the dust, QQ'ing on the forums about how elitist this game is blah blah blah - just the way it should be.

Today, exploring maps for 100%, encountered only like 5-6 people.
I had a discussion with someone today, and we both agreed that it would be nice if the added NPC companions a.k.a Heroes back...

I don't think Arena Ner will admit their mistakes and merge servers now...
I think They'll simply reduce server transfer time to 12 hours or something, and make it free, always.
