I can see some difficulties for people with limited play time. However these players will already have either been dedicated to farming their dailies before anything else already,or not be too fussed if they complete or not. In the first instance, all that is required is a different path/route etc depending on what's on the daily.
The only one that may be more awkward is the veterans, if these players don't run dungeons etc and they have to hunt them down; could take a short while until they find a farm spot.
My 2 cents anyway.

I agree, the more awkward one so far is the veteran one. Finding 5 veterans and killing them might be a challenge if you only have a short timeslot to play. Crafting shouldn't be a problem as long as it's not a daily bit. You need to gather 20 things anyway. Two days of those and you'll have gathered 40 things. Let's say you chopped 40 trees, that means you can craft more than 10 planks from those logs. And there's no need to sell everything you gather right away, you can always send it to your bank....
I think once the choices are implemented, the veteran one might be skipped by me often, as I don't always have a lot of time to play...
