If you don't mind help from a portal mesmer, the Skipping Stones jp in Southsun is quite doable right now.  One of the achievements for the Southsun event is located on the oblong island just past the end of that jp.  Depending on the population of your server, checking in /map chat should yield a mesmer willing to portal players up to the island.

Fawcett's Revenge is also a fairly easy one since it basically calls for you to get just inside the jp entrance and fall to your (toon) death

King Jalis's Refuge is also not too bad, imo.

Also, depending on server and time you're on, there are likely to be zergs farming two events in Southsun.  They're running in a circle from Kiel's Outpost to the unnamed outpost on the edge of the gyser plain (where all the reef riders are).  With a decent sized group of farmers, the champions for the two events go down in a few minutes.  Add in any other random defend/escort quests the zerg runs across, it's not too hard to get the monthly events in a decent amount of time.

Given that it appears to be a Feast item, perhaps it's a Mystic Forge recipe?  Which means it might follow the formula found here.

I think it doesn't show the karma gain in the event reward.  Maybe check your karma before the event and then compare it after to see if you really only got the amount posted on-screen?
