You should be able to salvage them with the PvP Salvage Kit. You'll get materials which can be used for creating new items via the mystic forge, here are known recipes.

It really depends on what you want.

You could buy specific weapons for karma if you like their style, buy exotic armor with it in orr, spend it on recipes and so on.

There are a lot of things on which you could spend your karma on, you should ask yourself what you really want.

DR works kinda like this:
In general 60 tokens per character per dungeon path. Running the same path over and over again with the same character will yield in something like: First run 60 tokens, Second 30? tokens and so on.

Example:
One of your character completes CoF P1, 60 tokens. After waiting for ~2 hours? you can complete P1 on an alt and get 60 tokens. If you wont wait those 2 hours, you will only get 30 tokens on your alt.

I've already seen tons of twilight and sunrise legendarys. They are probably the most common. I'm sitting here with bifrost and just have seen it once from someone else.
