Dark looking helmet / eyes?

I found someone with this eyes and I guess it's a helmet. I couldn't ask him because he gone offline.

Any idea what that is?

It's a screenshot from the beta. I'm looking for the female armor which I haven't seen anywhere yet. Apparently even the hair style does not exist :3

Hopefully anyone know something about that armor.

Mod me maybe?

Could be nice to have a API so we could improve the game with some mods/addons/extensions (what ever you want to call it).

That would allow us to change the UI, improve the chat functions etc.

Any informations on festivals?

Hey there,

I was wondering if anyone knows if they plan to do festivals like they did in gw1?

The only thing that I heard was that anet already have recorded Mad King Thorn's dialogue.
