I quite like this, but imo it needs some specific party setup to make it worth it, for example I'd replace the standard "anchor" guardian with a full dps guardian, letting you be the anchor in the team. I think it would be fun to play :)

As many people said, its heavily based on the team you are playing with.
Assuming to play with experienced players, and assuming not to skip too much, I'd say:

AC
path 1: 20 mins or less.
path 2: 25 mins or less.
path 3: 20 mins or less

CM:
path 1 and 3 : 20-25 mins
path 2: cant really say anything, I've done it just a couple of times.

TA:

Up: 20-30 mins
Forward-up :25-35 mins.
Forward-forward: 30-40 mins.

SE:

Path 3: doable in 20 mins or even less.
path 1,2 : cant say much, I've ran those just a couple of times.

CoF:
path 1: 10 mins or less.
path 2: about 20 mins.
path 3: cant say much, I did it only once, requires a good coordination between team members and its easy to lose a lot of time for that.

CoE:
path 1: 20 mins or less
path 2: 20-25 mins.
path 3: depending on what you skip and how fast you kill the destroyer boss, 30-50 min.

Hotw:
cant say much about this, I dont like it and ran every path just once.

Arah:

path 1: 1.5 hours, maybe less, I've done it only 2-3 times.
path 2: less than 1 hour, but running past mobs between bosses is pretty hard, and time increases a LOT if you want to kill everything.
path 3: 30-35 mins, assuming to skip useless mobs between the 1st and 2nd boss, and between lupicus and final boss.
path 4: 1 hour at best, assuming you can quickly kill Dwayna.

In Topic: Arah farm is back, just much worse.

It is post nerf, before the nerf you'd have only dropped 4 tokens from the chest and few blue items.

I don't think it'll be the new thing to farm gold - Could imagine quicker ways to make ~1g25s an hour...

I have no idea which wall you are talking about.. for 2 bosses I mean the 1st chest in forgotten path, which spawns when you kill 2 bosses together. I did a run in less then 4 mins myself.

Every single dungeon played with a lvl 80 char will give you 1880 karma+ the karma you can find in the Bags of Wondrous Goods which every boss has a very high chance to drop.
Also daily and monthly achievements give Jugs of liquid karma (4500 karma each with no booster).
