Really.. what the hell is wrong with some people. I have a Mesmer, Necro, Warrior, Guardian, Thief and Ranger at 80 and an Engineer and Elementalist at 50:ish.

I can definitely tell you that an Engineer is only weak when the player playing it is wearing gear far below it's level or trying to use a Power/Prec/Crit Dmg build with a Pistol or trying to use the Shotgun moves on rifle from range.

Are you by any chance poisoned? Since poison reduces healing by 33% this would be a reasonable explanation.

I can almost guarantee that atleast some parts of this set you get from karma vendors in Straits. Most likely you can then get the whole set from 70-80 Karma vendors in Orr areas.

I'd say making the counters for "bunkering" more attractive would go a long way. Such as improving the Necromancers boon corruption, improving Mesmer boon steal, Thieves and their "rip 2 boons and grant to allies" steal trait so that they'd be useful in more situations than just the one occasion where a Guardian pops(popped) Save Yourselves.

To counter a bunker you have to bring specific classes with specific specs and these specs aren't nearly as effective fighting non-bunkers as bunkers are at fighting everything(including the anti-bunker). For example to take advantage of corrupt boons to it's fullest the Necromancer wants to be condition specced and therefore it will still take him quite some time to down the bunker person even without their boons to support them.
