A favorite of a few people on here and a build that's really grown on me lately. Staff paired with Sword/Focus or Scepter/Focus. Lots of reflections. Still pretty good damage while giving a lot to the team. Awesome in dungeons where bosses and enemies with projectile attacks destroy themselves on your quick-recharging reflection.
I usually run with one of the second two. The first is AMAZING in solo pve grinding or farming, especially DE's. The second two are a bit more well-rounded with the last being much more supportive in dungeons but still able to pack a punch.
I'm interested in the last build so my question is what gear is more variable for that, Pre,Toughness,Cond or Rampager or Carrion?

Most of Engineer's skills requires you to be mid to close range, while Necro can be at a safe distance throwing out bleeds and you have high HP and DS for even more survivability.
