Does Magic Find affect Salvage?

Does it? reached rank 20 in PvP and so far got only like 5 crystals and 3 silver spend half glory i got on chests, should i Salvage items on my character with full magic find gear outside Mist?

Is Ranger on Grenades realy 1.5k?

Payed some with grenades in pvp on engi and got quite surpise all 1-5 abilities you can cast at 1500 range it is realy far, when all other classes got 1,2k max is this bugged or real?

Guild Emblems how to turn them off?

like tittle say how to turn off Guild Emblems? it is anoying thing that shows in PvP on your chest only way i found is to not represent guild, is there any other way?

On Desolation Waiting for any map is endless, why not add more maps when people want to play?
Now when they matched top servers i guess on gandara and shiverpeaks waiting is endless too, to fix it just add more maps when demand is high and lower when less player.

Vigil, Priority Wisper is it same for all races after 30?
