Seraph Mace Skin

Anyone know if there are other maces in game that have the same skin as the Tier 3 Cultural mace from divinities reach? (Seraph Mace) Love the skin, but not really to eager to pay 60,000 karma just for the skin. Looks like this:

The only reason I ask is I've stumbled upon other identical skins for other cultural weapons around Tyria. So I have a hunch it may exist but I haven't found it yet.

Major changes appeared to be:

-#1 attack felt a little (very little) more effective.  I might just be hallucinating this as I'm not sure if they changed anything, but it seemed different to me.  Still pretty much just something to do between using the other skills.

-Orb seems to have (a little) better tracking and can now traverse z access.

-Biggest buff is that Line of Warding is now ranged.  Very effective now imo for buying your team some time during a retreat.  Or my favorite, casting it just behind a fleeing group of enemies and then routing them.

I still feel like it needs some buffing.  Symbol of Swiftness is still a pretty "meh" skill unless you're running long distances.  Reducing the cooldown on Martyr and Line of Warding might make this the support weapon we're looking for.  Thoughts?
