Why So Scepter Ele?

Contrary to my name, I also have a dearly cherished ele and she has also been faithful to the staff since beta. I have this weird idea that if my character uses magic she must have a staff, and as an elementalist can only have one weapon, the choice seemed obvious to me. Now, I see SO many eles running around with scepter/dagger, like a lot and I don't understand why? What does the scepter offer you that the utility from staff doesnt?

Hair Length Sliders

I'm aware how close to launch we are and how unlikely this is to be immediately implemented, BUT, I would like to put this out there regardless.

I think it would be a nice addition to the character creator to have a slider to adjust hair lengths beyond the default style, simply making them longer or shorter than what is available.

I could see this working effectively with all the races except Charr, perhaps they could have a horn length slider? If there is one already I'm sorry, I don't make Charrs.

Basically this would just add more customization options and those never hurt. Would anyone else like to see something similar to this?

Magical Titles

So earlier today i found myself drowning in the depths of the lore documents and couldn't find an answer to a question that had been bothering me:

In the world of Guild Wars, specifically pertaining to human casters, do they have titles beyond their profession like seer, conjurer and the such? And would it be completely lore breaking to name my human ele w/ such a title?

I know the Asura have their -mancers and there is a priestess in the human tutorial but the Asura are a different race and there's nothing to suggest this priestess had any magical talent.
