which dungeon armor for mesmer?

I'm not attached to any particular build and I know these things change with time. So what's a good versatile dungeon armor set taking into account stats that would also be most versatile for a mesmer?

This is an alt character so I'm not real hip on all the ins and outs of mesmer which is why I'm asking.

I don't know of any. But I'd be curious if anyone knows. If it's someone who might be famous in one country or amongst certain people, please explain who this person is and how they are famous. And how we might know this person plays GW2, if possible.

How to switch servers? [a quick server hop question]

I haven't changed servers yet and don't plan on permanently changing unless Henge of Denravi has no chance at WvW for a while.

But I digress.

I only have to cap Stormbluff Isle Overlook in Eternal Battlegrounds and I'll have 100% world completion. I just want to hop to a server that has the north spawn point on that map, cap it, and head back.

How does one easily and fast go about doing this?

how to get to impossibly enclosed poi's, vistas, etc?

Yeah in some of the wvwvw zones there are keeps with poi's that are impossibly far from the start point that will probably never be captured. Is there some way to just map these out without pushing a server to the brink, in their home map, which will probably never happen? I'm sure others have come across this and found a solution.
