Why not?  Just put it right next to the Control and Support meters.

Ascended Weapons - so basically a new thing to grind for, or I'm behind the power curve?  And assuming I do get replacements sometime this century, I get to spend gems on transmuting my existing skins onto the new weapons.

Right - so imagine the above changes with Sharpening Stone / Sharpened Edges / Split Blade / Honed Axes generating 20 bleed on the opening strike.

The base idea is that Greatsword becomes a critical attack weapon, while Axe becomes solidified as a condition damage dealer.  Greatsword traits are consolidated into the Skirmish line, MH axe is moved into Wilderness survival.  Additionally, some trait consolidation happens for pet skills to make room, and spirits are given a 20% CDR to bring them to par with other utility skills.

It started as a short simple list... but....:
  • Axe #1 - after-cast time reduced

  • Axe #5 - this can now be used while moving

  • Honed Axes - this skill is reclassified Wilderness Survival X, Master tier.

  • Honed Axes - Additional effect, Main hand Axe attacks now cause an additional 2 sec bleed.

  • Martial Mastery - this skill is reclassified to Skirmish IX, Master tier.

  • Pet Prowess / Carnivorous Appetite - these are combined into a single skill, Skirmish 1, Adept tier

  • Greatsword Mastery - this skill is reclassified to Skirmish VII, Master tier

  • Nature's Concentration, new trait Nature Magic Master tier.  Spirits have 20% reduced recharge time.
