Custom order in TP Can you cancel?

I just really started using the TP and I notice it takes the money from you when you place a custom order.. but what if your order is never filled? How do you get that money back?

I was playing with the mystic forge and was suprised that I could place some food items I had cooked into it, but I cannot figure out what they go with. I can only place 1 food item and then everything else greys out.

cannot get game registered and cannot find cs number

I finally talked my husband into getting this game and we cannot get it registered. It gives us error 502 after a long loading page. I cannot find a customer service number or email to get through this. Anyone know what to do or how I can contact them?
