No, im certain that i didnt, my new pass was like 20 characters long up from 12 to ensure maximum protection, but i double-checked that it was what i wanted, and when u reset ur pass u have to type it twice so i would know if i made a typo or capslock error.

Just take off your characters armor and you will see it, its kinda plain, needs some customization even if its GemStore only.
Some people actually care about that stuff, i personally want different underwear for my character to fit her personality better, even if its as simple as changing color.
