Buying new laptop

Soon I am going to buy a new laptop, and was wonder if there are any good laptops around $800 that could get guild wars 2 to at least mediums settings.

I have been working on a warrior shout build, and was wondering if the charr racial utility skill Battle Roar is considered a shout and would work with the trait Vigorous Shouts.

560ti issue

I just installed a 560ti and when I play a game (only when I play a game), I can see horizontal ripples on the screen, and while it is not a big issue, I was wondering if I can get some advice on how to fix it, or if it is just a faulty card.

Good Power Supply for $50-$75?

I was wondering what would be a good power supply to get that can handle a 560ti, and if I can get it for around 50-75 dollars.
