Entangle and Wilderness Knowledge

Now, it's fairly well known that the Wilderness Knowledge (-20% survival skill recharge) trait currently does not reduce the recharge time on Entangle. What I'm wondering is, is it a bug or was this trait meant not to work on an elite?

Unique Ranger Weapons

I started the topic "Dual Swords" to discuss the possibilities of the Ranger being able to wield a sword in each hand. As it quickly evolved into discussion of other ideas, I decided it best to open the thread up to a more general discussion. Thus: Unique Ranger Weapons.

So, what kinds of things can you guys come up with? Preferably a Ranger-oriented weapon along with reasons as to why it makes sense to give to the Ranger. If you like, skill ideas could also be presented.

Dual Swords

Well, to start off, I was really surprised when the Ranger was first revealed and couldn't use dual swords. It's been discussed on whether or not the Thief should get dual swords, so here's the same thing for the Ranger.

Good dual-sword wielding Ranger examples in other fantasy areas include: Legolas from Lord of the Rings and Drittzt Do'Urden from the Dark Elf Series by R.A. Salvatore (forgotten realms).

So, what do you guys think? Should the Ranger be able to use dual swords? Why or why not?
