Hey guys, recent Engineering grad here, was heavily involved in Guild Wars 1 (50/50 GWAMM, etc) and now am looking for a semi-hardcore or hardcore PvX community for Guild Wars 2.

What I'm Looking For:
Medium sized guild - 50+ players, or really anything that's very active. A guild with 10 people all on at the same time and socializing would be a lot better than a guild of 100 all doing their own thing
Preferably Eastern Time Zone, but US time zone is definite
sPvP tournaments/WvW small squad raids - sometimes you have to leave the organized chaos of zergs, though I still enjoy them from time to time (I am currently r10 for sPvP)
Dungeon runs - I haven't done too many dungeons, but would love to do more
Teamspeak/Mumble/Vent - I like to talk, especially if my keyboard isn't on hand when I'm using my Nostromo

What I Can Offer:
I am a completionist, and if there are people that want to do that kind of thing I would be more than willing to join
I work from 9-6 EST everyday, so I have about 2-3 solid hours of playtime available (though doing dailies is a must! )
Very active on keeping up to date with strategies (I frequent reddit/gw2g)
I'd like to think I'm mature, though I still enjoy goofing around (age 23 if that matters)

Anyone know what you get for completely the monthly achievements?

Also, I think mine is glitched, the EXP counter stopped going up despite the fact that I didn't die since starting it

I'm looking for a guild on North American servers, hopefully most active during eastern time. I have a good amount of experience in Guild Wars (50/50, GWAMM), and hope to be very active during GW2 also. Hopefully, the guild has experienced, active and social members that want to do high end dungeons and WvWvW/organized PvP.
