Sounds like you are racist against Korean video game developers, and you need an invisible hand to blame for the failure of ArenaNet.

Koreans have nothing to do with this. Nexon has nothing to do with this. ArenaNet just realized the perfection of the Korean MMORPG model, and Guild Wars 2 is what happens when clueless American MMORPG developers try to emulate superior Korean MMORPG games. It ends badly.

In Topic: Authentication email?

Hopefully we get a final stress test or another method to make sure our accounts are properly authenticated for zero hour, I'd rather not spend the first few hours of headstart waiting on a delayed email because my account is in authentication limbo.

My dad works at Nintendo and he told me there will be a final stress test this week.

I plan to obtain a few legendaries, but I do NOT want to ever find myself in a situation where I can't even get into groups because I don't have a certain one.  This is coming from someone that has all the time in the world to spend on farming this stuff.  Can you imagine how someone that can only play during nights and weekends would feel?  Hint: Pretty bad.  You want to make it so those people can't ever do dungeons?  It's probably easy to sit there and think those people will still be able to find groups, but the reality is that it becomes much harder as more people start obtaining weapons with much better stats or abilities.

Should the entire game be designed to cater to the path of least resistance?
Players are going to be picky about who they invite into groups regardless of what you do about it. Groups will require certain classes, proof of previous dungeon experience, etc.

It's inevitable that some players are going to be left out of certain situations.

What on earth makes you think you need a coordinated team to beat an explorable mode dungeon?  It was done at anet's open day, in one afternoon by a group that had never played together before, and had spent relatively few hours playing the game at all.

And the problem is that the stronger weapon will become a requirement.  Before long groups looking to farm dungeon tokens will require the legendary weapon to join the group to make it easier/faster.

That's disappointing to hear, I was expecting explorable mode dungeons to be challenging PvE content.

If the above is true, then why are you afraid of groups restricting others based on slight gear advantages, when the content is easily beatable with Exotics? You could always complete the dungeon with a more tolerant public group or with your guild.
Some players will always have artificial requirements and hoops to jump through in order to join their parties. This will never change with how parties are currently handled.
