I just do them to enjoy the whining and rage in map chat about "farming instead of winning".

The delicious irony is that all that sanctimonious finger-pointing is motivated by people who are themselves demonstrating the very traits they condemn so passionately.

"Selfish, adj. Devoid of consideration for the selfishness of others." -- Ambrose Bierce, The Unabridged Devil's Dictionary

Priceless.  ^_^

I love the concept of SAB and think it's awesome, but never actually played it, and may not. Weird, isn't it?

I'm glad about the MF change. Now, at least, it's not a choice between self-gimping (essentially dragging down a group for personal gain) and getting phat lewtz.

Very leery of the whole Ascended tier business in general, and very vocal about that in the past, but if Anet continues with its approach of making Ascended items available via several different routes (instead of just instance grinding), maybe I'm not so leery. ;)

Attack Of The Clones

I don't do dungeons and prefer open world PvE. I've done Blade Mesmer and Stick Mesmer, which work great, but so far my personal favorite is Clone Bomber with Scepter/Pistol and (*gasp*) Rampager Armor.

Go ahead: hate me.

Not the best choice for min/maxing or speed runs, to be sure, and not something I would bring into a dungeon, but the most fun of all the builds I've tried and capable of handling more open world situations than the others, including the ability to (slowly) solo most champs I encounter.

I'm currently leveling my third Mesmer to 80, and this one is my second Clone Bomber. Most fun I've had with the Mesmer class, but definitely not for the impatient farmer. :P

If nothing else, it's never a bad idea to try "ping -t GuildWars2.com" and see what your pings are to the domain.

I'm not sure if the game servers use that domain, or what a more direct ping path may be to them, but I have three warriors, have used every weapon at some point among them and haven't seen any inordinate skill lag for warriors.

Vote Skritt King. Yes!

Bad thing is though...he has to be Captain of a ship...and unfortunately I have not seen a Skritt Galley in any port.

The Skritt King can be an Admiral, because that sounds more important than General, but isn't King more important than Admiral, General or Captain? Yes. King is more important, therefore the Skritt King qualifies, because he is King, and that's more important!

Any ship can be a Skritt ship. I'm pretty sure the Skritt King has a ship, or parts of a ship, or perhaps a ship someone else temporarily owns instead of him somewhere nearby. Yes. Give him a moment. There will be a Skritt Galley. And he will be King of the Galley! Yes.

So you see, it is already decided. The Skritt King must win. In fact, it is so already-decided that the Skritt King is already the winner, and it would be cheating not to vote for the already-winner. Good thing bad people who don't vote for the Skritt King have already lost by not voting for him!

Congratulations to the Skritt King, his new Skrittsburgh Shiny Fractal and his free shinies for all Skritt for four weeks policy!

Vote Skritt King. Fast! #TeamShiny
