Howdy folks.

Although a few lists have been compiled to show where various guilds and communities are rolling, I felt that the community needed a central place which is kept up to date.

Therefore I decided to create GW2Guilds.org.

Hopefully this will help guilds decide where to roll for launch, and give everyone an idea of the relative populations we can expect.

It's still in the early stages, but the important features are there. I'd be interested to know if anyone would like to help moderate the site (e.g. the people who compiled the lists previously).

Anyone can submit a guild (though they need to be approved by a moderator), and if anyone knows where a particular community/forum has chosen to roll then let me know and I'll add those.

With just over a month before release, I'm hoping we can get a reasonably accurate database built up.

Feedback/suggestions welcome.

Many posts on these forums are from people who complain about this or that just like any other mmo forums, where it is a mechanic of the game they don't understand and don't know how well or why it works the way it does in the grand scheme.

Warrior playstyle is fairly simple.

Want to hurt someone? Whack him in the head.
Want to stop someone from hurting you? Whack him in the head.
Want to help you friends? Whack you enemy in the head.

Whats not to like?
