Post likes this amused me.
It sounds to me like a father promising his son to bring him to an amusement park but broke his promise at the last minute due to his work schedule. The father tried to make up the next weekend and bought his son an ice-cream on top of the amusement park trip. However his son wrote an essay in school stating that he has the worst father ever !
I have seen Anet working their hardest. For a $59.90 game, it has gone beyond my imagination. True, I admitted I pretty upset by the bugs in the game, particularly the professions skills and runes. However, so far I am satisfied with the entertainment it brought to me and will continue to support the company.
And I enjoy doing the boring daily you mentioned, while at the same time chatting with friends each day I log in. The only complaint I have is that I may not be able to do the daily each day due to my time schedule and the ascended gears will take too long to obtain. But I believe if we make the ascended gears too easy, it will probably upset alots of hardcore elitists in the game
... it is just that you cannot please everyone. Learnt to accept and move on!
