I don't have any other fans to use except for the one that came with the case(front), I did my best to move the cables out of the way.
So instead of thermal paste should i look into getting a fan for the back?
Yes, I'm using the stock heatsink that came with it. Room temp is usually anywhere from 72-74F.
Thinking about calling a local radio shack to see if they're open today and buy some Arctic silver 5, But will that make that much of a difference?
So i bought all these parts minus the PSU, I tossed in a different one that's 530W.
But now after i got everything setup and installed I'm noticing that my CPU is getting really hot, Sometimes it sits around 45-60c but while playing a video game it starts creeping up to 70c+, Not sure how high it will if i keep playing I only let it get to 72 before shutting down the game.
I haven't touched anything in the BIOS except for disabling "Cool N Quiet" which some people said would make it run cooler during gaming.
This is my first time building a PC so i was just worried about those temps being so high as i see others saying even their OC'ed system never goes above 50c..
Thanks for the quick reply. You wouldn't happen to know how well this this setup will handle GW2 would ya? I can already expect max to be out of my reach. lol
Oops, Almost forgot to ask if that PSU will be enough!
