Hopefully this means they'll do something about the insane amount of damage a greatsword warrior can put out, because honestly, even with a 12 stack of might they take out mobs faster than I can on my engi using condition armor, and grenades that have bleed and vulnerability,

The actual events start at 10am TOMORROW, the 15th, with the first event being in The Grove.

For Shiverpeaks, one that you might have missed is the area Griffonrook Run is in, the entrance is through an underwater wall in the false lake with the pirate quaggan.

There are only 4 things that need to be fixed on Elementalist that I've seen:
  • Even if its minor, a damage increase on our autos. Tested on Air Scepter, Arc Lightning did 410-480 damage over 5 seconds on a lvl 47 character, while the Lightning Hammer auto sequence does from 320-560 per hit, ever 1.2 seconds, no crits at around the same level.
  • Lower attunement recharges by default to about 10 seconds, with max Arcana lowering it the same as 6/6 Superior Rune of the Warrior weapon swap of 6 seconds, down from the default 7. Our current default is 15, with max Arcana lowering it to 9.
  • Proper finish (stomp) interruption, and evasion. Every other class seems to have a skill that can knock back or interrupt a finish and/or quickly evade if the interrupt is on cd. Guardians get a push, warriors get a knock down, engineers get a launch, rangers get a daze, thieves get a teleport and a stealth, mesmers get a stealth and teleport in 1, and necromancers get a fear. Elementalists get an immobilize (oh boy I can't move, I'll still finish you) and a noticable roam that increases our downed penalty and can kill us if used too much.
  • A trait to decrease the amount of fall damage we take, all 7 other profession get 1 but us.
