Don't believe the advertisements. This is a low dps defensive build designed to provide heals to less skilled players who haven't learned how to mitigate damage yet.
Yeah, main reason I use this is because I always find myself needing the heals . . .

I haven't had the chance to test with Apothecary's gear, but I definitely wanted to try it in a condition spec. That's a really good-looking setup you have there, what utility skills are you using?
Keep in mind that since you're a conditioin build, it is likely that your main source of damage would come from Staff Clones rather than your phantasms. I'd swap out Phantasmal Fury, perhaps even take the 5 points from Dueling and drop it into Illusions for 33% confusion duration and the additional condition damage. Or even slide it into Domination to get the Vuln on Daze minor trait. 20 stacks of vulnerability on a boss is VERY useful, especially in a support build.
I haven't tested it, but that's not how I understand it to work. Daze from diversion doesn't stack, so unless you pace the Illusion appropriately each time, you're looking at 5-15 Vuln, which still isn't bad, but I think I'd be better served putting the extra 5 points into Chaos. Chaotic Transferrence with the amount of Toughness I have planned would give slightly less than 100 more cond. dmg, as opposed to the 50 in Illusions.
And if I'm not going to worry about my Phantasms, I could transfer 5 from Insp. to Chaos as well for a further 5% boon duration.
Alternatively, I could take those 10 points and go for Empowered Illusions, but I'm not sure how Empowered Illusions work with condition damage . . .
I would go full Apothecary, but I unfortunately that would lack a bit too much crit chance IMO for me to feel safe relying on Vigor proccing, so I also added some Magi armor.
My usual utility skills are Feedback, Null Field, and Signet of Insp. with Time Warp (hence Glamour Mastery).
