I wonder, does anyone know of any viable Ele builds that take advantage of Bountiful power to do healing and damage while giving boons to themselves (and possibly others)?
Asking, because I'm thinking of taking the traits:
Chaotic Dampening, Warden's Feedback, Phantasmal Haste, and then the minor Illusionists' Celerity.
If they all stack, it would be a total of 60% reduced cooldown on my phantasm abilities.
Will that work?
Two, to be precise:
1) Does Feedback reflect projectiles from both sides, or only ones fired from within it?
2) For the purposes of illusions being "killed," does the game count illusions vanishing when an enemy is killed?
